
Kathmandu, May 15: On the last trading day of the week today, the price of gold and silver has decreased in the domestic market. Gold price has declined by Rs 4,000 per tola (11.66 grammes) and silver by Rs 355.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 298,500 per tola and silver at Rs 5,390 per tola.
On Thursday, gold was traded at Rs 302,500 per tola and silver at Rs 5,710. As per the international media, the price of gold has been set at 4678 US dollars per ounce and silver at 87 US dollars per ounce in the international market.
