Budget 2081/82 Allocates Rs 57 Billion For Agriculture

The government has allocated a sum of Rs. 57 billion for agriculture sector for  the upcoming fiscal year.

Presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2081/082 before the joint meeting of the federal parliament today, Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun informed about the allocation for the agriculture sector.

Finance Minister Pun informed that the government will declare 2081-2091 as the agricultural investment decade.

He stated that the primary goal of the agricultural investment decade will be to enhance investment in agricultural modernization and production in collaboration with the private sector.
