Standard Chartered International Bank has reopened its daycare facility for its employees children.
Inaugurating the facility at New Baneshwor corporate office, Dr. Neelam Dhungana Timsina, acting governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, said that this move will play a major role in motivating and empowering employees, especially women in the workforce.
Originally established in 2013 to create a supportive and inclusive environment for working mothers, the facility was closed due to the pandemic.
The facility provides care on all working days to children aged between 6 months and 3 years old.
