
Kathmandu, July 12: The prices of gold and silver recorded a slight fluctuation in the domestic market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the gold price soared by Rs 600 per tola (11.66 grams) today, the first day of the week, compared to Friday, the last day of previous week.
Similarly, the silver price declined by Rs 35 per tola.
The hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 288,000 per tola today, while the price of silver has been fixed at Rs 4,475 per tola for today.
According to international media, the international price for an ounce of gold is US dollar 4,145, while US dollar 60 has been set for per ounce of silver in the international market.
