A massive fire happened at ward no. 3 and 4 of Bhumikasthan Municipality in Arghakhanchi has destroyed 20 houses and sheds.
The fire currently is out of control.
Information Office of District Police Office, Arghakhanchi, Dipendra Rawal said 20 houses and sheds were gutted in the fire taking place at Ratamata, Jabundanda, Bajakharka and other villages of Dharapani.
Hari Prasad Bhusal, a local resident from Bajakharka, said entire village was destroyed in the fire.
Police Inspector Rawal shared that the fire is out of control despite the attempts of the police, local residents and the firefighters to extinguish the fire.
Tek Raj Bhusal, another local resident, said livestock have died and houses as well as sheds were destroyed though human casualty is not reported.
Details of the damages are awaited.
