The Supreme Court (SC) on Sunday gave an interlocutory order not to immediately implement the Citizenship Act authenticated from the President.
A singe bench of Justice Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma issued such order not to immediately implement the Act.
The SC made the order from the preliminary hearing on the petition filed by senior advocate Surendra Bhandari and Balkrishna Neupane. The SC would make its verdict after holding talks with both the sides.
