President Paudel planted saplings of Nagchampa flower, a specific species of flower plant which is used to offer worship to the god serpentine, in Bankali area today.
According to the host and former secretary at the Ministry of Forest Yubaraj Bhusal, the plantation programme was organized at Bankali area coinciding the mythological New Year today.
