Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that he has planned to lead his third governance from Singhadurbar.
Addressing a meeting of the officials of the line agencies and offices under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers today, the Prime Minister said that he considers Singhadurbar as the centre point of governance.
Referring to the bitter experiences of the past when the governance was handled either from outside of the Singhadurbar or from the Prime Minister’s residence, PM Prachanda said this time such mistake should not be repeated. “Except for special circumstance, I am prepared to work from Singhadurbar only. This has a special significance.”
“The PM working from the Singhadurbar is leading a unified mobilization of all the state organs. This is also making all state organs accountable and answerable, and establishing the system of reward and punishment,” the PM asserted.
