Inisha's post-mortem report from the provincial hospital has confirmed that the victim was assaulted brutally. According to Dr. Arbin Shakya, Senior Forensic Department Officer at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj, the postmortem report indicates that the death resulted from extensive bleeding caused by rupture of the internal and external genitals. "It looks that there was a really violent sexual encounter. There is no evidence to prove that gang rape occurred," he stated.
The 16-year-old teenager who was detained on the 23rd stated to the police that Inisha experienced a heavy bleeding after having physical contact. And that he had called three other friends for help when she went unconscious. However, the deceased's family has filed a manslaughter and rape lawsuit, claiming she died as a result of gang rape. Family in a state of panic
According to her mother, Tila BK, Inisha left the house at 6 a.m. on Saturday to study tuition. Tila stated that Inisha left the house, saying that she would return soon. "My daughter was a grade 11 student at Usha Balbatika School in Birendranagar-6. When she did not return by 9 a.m., I called her, but the phone was turned off. After some time, someone called from an unknown number and stated that your daughter was unconscious in the forest Shahid Park," she said.
Tila rushed to Shahid Park with her 6-year-old kid in her arms. She claims that she passed out after witnessing Inisha's corpse covered in blood, her hair unkempt, grass strewn, and shoes on one side and socks on the other. 'Inisha was naked on the floor. She was covered with a black jacket. The officers took off the black jacket and revealed her daughter's face,' Tila recalled, 'There were bruises all over her chest, and I fainted right there. I had no idea that the cops had brought her to the hospital. If I don't obtain justice soon, I'm going to my daughter's killer's house by myself.'
Inisha's father, Indra Bahadur BK, is now in Dubai for work. After retiring from the Nepali Army, he has spent the last six years serving in the Dubai army. Indra Bahadur traveled overseas for the sake of his children's good future. Heartbroken by the news of his daughter's murder, he is stranded at the Dubai airport, attempting to return home. The victim's family has stated that his flight is unknown since the Dubai airport has been closed due to continuous conflict in the Middle East.
