Rukum East, March 6: Nepali Communist Party (NCP) coordinator and party candidate for the House of Representatives (HoR) elections from Rukum East, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is leading the vote tally with 1,415 votes. The district has a single constituency for the HoR elections.
