Taplejung, Feb 13: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has arrived here today to obtain information about the preparations for the House of Representatives elections, as well as law and order arrangements and the district's activities.
Prime Minister Karki performed worships at Pathibhara Temple. After the prayers, Prime Minister Karki wrote on social media, 'Month of Falgun (Febraury-March), month of elections; beginning from Pathibhara. I wish for a peaceful election.'
The Prime Minister has scheduled meetings with the heads of security agencies in the district, chief returning officer, and officials deployed for the election.
