
Youth demonstrators vandalized and torched the central office of the Nepali Congress in Sanepa.
Security officials reported that the protesters took over the premises after authorities failed to control the large crowd.
On Tuesday afternoon, the demonstrators pelted stones, shattered windows, and eventually set the building on fire.
In a similar incident, they also targeted the residence of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Budhanilkantha. After breaking through the main gate, the protesters set the house ablaze. Deuba's whereabouts remain unknown.
The protests erupted on Tuesday morning, following the deaths of 19 individuals during the Gen Z demonstration on Monday.
