
Ramada Encore Kathmandu has announced a strategic partnership with U.S.-based leadership development firm Impact Yes, aiming to transform Nepal’s hospitality sector through global leadership standards and employee empowerment.
The collaboration will introduce advanced methodologies such as Pactomics, a behavioral assessment tool, and the LEM Framework (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing) to enhance service quality and leadership competencies.
