Kathmandu, March 19: The price of gold has reached all-time high in the domestic market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the gold is being traded at Rs 176,000 per tola (11.66 grammes) in the fourth day of the week in Nepali market.
The price of yellow metal increased by Rs 800 per tola compared to the previous day's price.
The international price for gold per ounce has been fixed at 3035 US dollar today.
Similarly, the price of silver has been set at Rs 2,045 per tola with a fall of Rs 5 per tola compared to the price on Tuesday.
