
Kathmandu, Dec 20: Nepal has lost today's final match of Super 4 under ACC Women U-19 Asia Cup Cricket.
In today's match held at Bayuemas Oval Cricket Ground in Malaysia, Bangladesh defeated Nepal by nine wickets. With this victory, Bangladesh will play its final match with India.
Today's match was reduced to 11 overs following the rainfall. Invited to bat first after losing the toss, Nepal scored 54 runs in 11 overs at the loss of eight wickets. Bangladesh chased a victory target of 55-run in 9.5 overs losing one wicket.
For Bangladesh, Fahomida Choya collected 26 runs while Mosammat Eva 18 runs and Sumaiya Akther Suborna 10 runs.
For Nepal, Kusum Godar took one wicket. Sabitri Dhami gathered the highest 11 runs for Nepal while Puja Mahato nine and Alisha Yadav eight runs.
Farjana Easmin, Anisa Akter Soba, Fahomida Choya and Habiba Islam Pinky of Bangladesh took one wicket each.
