Kathmandu, Nov 21: The Supreme Court is set to re-hear the dispute regarding the additional 20-meter standards for the river bank in Kathmandu Valley.
The re-hearing will be held after a full bench of Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut, Justices Kumar Chudal and Nityanand Pandey on Thursday granted permission to the government to file a review petition against the previous decision.
Earlier, a joint bench of Justices Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai and Binod Sharma had ruled in December 2020 that a standard of 20 meters should be set for the river bank.
