An earthquake has occurred with its epicenter at around Darma in Mugu district. According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, Lainchaur, the earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale occurred around Darma in Mugu district at 4.40 am today.
Earlier, an earthquake had occurred at Tapethok center point in Taplejung, the eastern hilly district of Nepal, on July 10. Of late, Nepal has experienced several minor earthquakes.
Nepal is considered the earthquake vulnerable country.
