One Succumbs To Coronavirus

A person died of coronavirus while undergoing treatment on Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Similarly, 82 new coronavirus cases were confirmed in course of conducting 1,634 tests the same day. With this, active cases of coronavirus has reached 361 in the country.

In the last twenty-four hours, 65 people returned home after recovery. A total of 29 people are in isolation, five in ICU and one on a ventilator support in Kathmandu Valley at present.

The Ministry has urged all to get vaccine against coronavirus as it is increasing in the country. The new variant of coronavirus, Omicron XBB. 1.16, has been detected in the Nepal.
