Kathmandu, Aug 6: A person has died and 19 others have been injured when a passenger bus met an accident in Gwarko, Lalitpur today. The bus with registration number Ba 2 Kha 3590 was going from Bhaktapur towards Satdobato when it crashed into the wall of the Gwarko flyover.
Superintendent of Police Gautam Mishra of the District Police Office Lalitpur informed that a 40-year-old woman died in the mishap. Nineteen people injured in the accident are receiving treatment at various hospitals.
According to police, the accident could have happened because of speeding.
