Kathmandu, April 4: The Election Commission (EC) is set to resume the voter registration programme and update the voter lists across the country starting from tomorrow, Sunday.
A meeting of the Commission convened on April 1 reached this decision.
According to the EC, the Nepali citizens who have obtained a National Identity Card will be able to register their names in the voter list by entering the required details online.
Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, Spokesperson of the Commission, shared that those who have not yet obtained a National Identity Card must fill out an online form through the Commission's pre-enrollment system and submit biometrics details including a photograph and fingerprints.
Similarly, registration can also be done through provincial and district election offices, said the Commission.
