Kathmandu, March 8: The commission tasked with investigating the incidents of September 8 and 9 during the Gen-Z protests has today handed over a comprehensive 1,000-page report to Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
The commission, led by former Justice Gauri Bahadur Karki, comprised former Nepal Police Additional Inspector General Bigyan Raj Sharma and legal expert Bishweshwar Prasad Bhandari as its members.
Following the submission of the report to the Prime Minister, commission member Sharma stated that approximately 200 individuals were interrogated, and based on consultations with experts, the report has recommended actions against those deemed guilty.
