Kathmandu, Nov 19: The fluctuation in the gold and silver price has its impact in the domestic market as well. The price of both the precious metals has increased in the domestic market today as compared to Tuesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold has increased by Rs 2,800 per tola (11.66 grammes) and the price of the same weight of silver has increased by Rs 60 today compared to the previous day.
The price of a tola of gold is set at Rs 2,42,300 and that of silver at Rs 3,150 today, according to the Federation.
The price of an ounce of gold is 4,074 US dollars in the international market today.
