Kushe Aunsi At Gokarna [Photo Feature]

On the occasion of Kushe Aunsi, one receives blessings on this day from their father, and those whose fathers are already deceased go to a pilgrimage site and perform shraddha, the holy ritual in remembrance of those who have passed away.

Many people have gathered on the premises of Gokarneshwor Mahadev Temple today to offer tarpan, pind daan, and sidadan in the name of the departed father.

A special fair is organized in the premises of Gokarneshwor Mahadev Temple in the northeastern part of Kathmandu, especially known as Uttargaya.
