
Kathmandu, April 2: The price of gold which hit the highest so far on Tuesday has decreased today. The price of the yellow metal has fallen by Rs 600 per tola (11.66 grammes) today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold is being traded at Rs 179,100 per tola today decreasing by Rs 700 per tola. It was Rs 179,700 per tola on Tuesday.
Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 15 per tola compared to Tuesday. Silver is being traded at Rs 2,020 per tola today.
The price of gold in the international market is 3,115 US dollars per ounce today, according to the Federation.
