Gandaki, Jan 5: The hearing whether to continue remand for investigation against seven defendants, including Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson and former Minister for Home Affairs, Rabi Lamichhane, is continuing at the District Court Kaski.
The seven persons were accused of misappropriating savings amount of Pokhara-based Suryadarshan Cooperative
According to Kaski District Court registrar Rajan Khanal informed that the hearing from the lawyers on behalf of the defendants that began Friday will continue today as well.
He further shared that the legal practitioners from the defendants duo, Leela Pachhai and Chhabilal Joshi, participated in the hearing on Friday.
Earlier, the hearing of government lawyers and the legal practitioners from petitioner side was undertaken.
