The property details of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' have been made public.
According to publicly available property information, PM Prachanda owns 14 katthas of land and 2.5 million rupees in bank.
Prime Minister Dahal owns a residence on 14 kattha of land in Ward No. 14 in Bharatpur Metropolis. The ancestral land property is registered in the name of PM Prachanda's late spouse, Sita Dahal.
Similarly, he has 1 kattha of land in Ward No. 1 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City, which he inherited and is also registered in the name of his spouse.
PM Prachanda also has 5 tola (58.320 grams) of gold, which was obtained through inheritance.
PM Dahal has 2.5 million rupees in his bank account, which he received as salary and allowances as a member of parliament.
PM Prachanda has no loans, automobiles, or agricultural or livestock property.
Prime Minister Dahal released the details in accordance with subsection (1) of Section 50 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059, and subsection (1) of Section 31(a) of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048.
