Kathmandu, March 9: A total of eight million 382 thousand and 984 votes have been counted so far under the proportional representation election system to the House of Representatives.
As per the latest details received from the Election Commission, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has received the highest four million 50 thousand and 753 votes.
Similarly, the Nepali Congress secured one million 361 thousand and 431 votes while the CPN (UML) got one million 151 thousand and 253 votes, the Nepali Communist Party 592,410 votes, Shram Sanskriti Party 292,063 and Rastriya Prajatantra Party 277,013 votes.
The counting of votes is underway.
