Humla experienced snowfall for the fourth time this winter.
Snow fell in the northern Himalayas, especially at Simkot's headquarters. After the snowfall, the lovely scenery of Simkot Bazar and the surrounding mountains glisten like silver. Snowfall and deep snow were reported in high locations such as Limi, Hilsa, Naralekh, and Yangar in Northern Namkha Rural Municipality.
According to locals the constant snowfall this season has aided early wheat, barley, and lice harvests as well as spring crop sowing. After a month of snow, Humla farmers, who were concerned about a shortage of snow, have brought joy. Farmers have been very relieved by the recent snowfall.
