The hearing on petition related to the Habeas Corpus would be carried out from the Supreme Court (SC) during the Tihar festival holidays as well, the SC stated.
The SC would remain open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm from November 12 till Tihar festival holidays except the day of Bhai Tika, November 15.
As per the notice issued by the SC Administration on Friday, the hearing of petitions of Habeas Corpus would be carried out in accordance with the Article 26 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073.
