The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order to cancel the Government's decision to provide amnesty to Yog Raj Dhakal 'Regal' who was serving life in prison for a murder case.
A full bench of acting chief justice Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, justices Sapana Pradhan Malla, and Kumar Chudal issued the verdict on Thursday.
