Saroj Kumar Upadhyay, the CPN-Unified Socialist leader, died today undergoing treatment.
On Saturday afternoon, Upadhyay fell from the sixth floor of a restaurant in Sankhamul. He was rushed to the hospital following the accident.
The late Upadhyay is the youngest brother of former prime minister and Chairman of CPN-Unified Socialist Madhav Kumar Nepal. 62-year-old Upadhyay was survived by his two daughters.
