Following the Yeti Airlines aircraft crash, the Pokhara International Airport has been closed for today for all incoming and outgoing flights.
The Airport Spokesperson Teknath Sitaula confirmed the cancellation of all today-scheduled flights at the airport. The plane with 68 passengers and four crew members including Captains Kamal KC and Anju Khatiwada crashed in a gorge in Pokhara today.
The passengers onboard the aircraft (60 Nepali nationals and eight foreign ones) included 62 adult, three children and three incapacitated people, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.
