The newly appointed Prime Minister, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, took the oath of office and secrecy today.
In a swearing in ceremony at President's Office, President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to Prime Minister Prachanda along with the Deputy Prime Ministers.
CPN-UML leader Bishnu Paudel, President of RSP Ravi Lamichhane and Narayankaji Shrestha from CPN Maoist Center also took the oath of office and serecy as Deputy Prime Ministers right after Prime Minister Prachanda took the oath.
Former Prime Ministers Sher Bahadur Deuba, KP Sharma Oli, Madhav Nepal, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai among others were present at the ceremony.
