Kathmandu, March 6: A candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party from constituency no 8 of Kathmandu, Birajbhakta Shrestha, has been declared victorious. He collected total 24,592 votes. Shrestha's nearest rival Suman Sayami of the Nepali Communist Party received 3,217 votes.
