Indian National Arrested With Illegal Cash And Gold

Kathmandu, June 25: A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office has apprehended an Indian citizen found in possession of illegal Nepali currency, US dollars, gold, and silver.

The individual, identified as 33-year-old Amitirgonda Ghali, originally from Jharkhand, Tasgaon Taluka, in the Sangli District of Maharashtra. He was currently residing in Thahity, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-25, police said.

Further investigation to this connection is underway.
