
Kathmandu, May 11: A meeting of the Council of Ministers today endorsed the President's address to a joint session of both houses in the Federal Parliament.
The Head of the State is, in accordance with Article 95 of the constitution, scheduled to address the joint sitting of the houses at 4:00 pm today, according to the Government Spokesperson and Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Sasmit Pokharel.
Through the address, the President will be presenting the government policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year.
The meeting was held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar.
