Global IME Bank Limited has been awarded the Best Bank in Nepal 2025 by Global Finance Magazine for the second consecutive year.
The award was presented in the United States, where Chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal and CEO Surendra Raj Regmi accepted the honor on behalf of the Bank.
The recognition highlights the Bank’s strong performance in financial stability, innovation, strategic partnerships, customer service, and credit rating. Global IME Bank is the first Nepali bank to receive this prestigious award, which recognizes top banks across global regions.
Chairman Dhakal credited the achievement to the support of the Government of Nepal, Nepal Rastra Bank, shareholders, employees, and customers, stating the award will inspire continued service excellence.
Previously, the Bank has received numerous accolades, including the Euromoney Award for Excellence, Best Internet Bank, and Best Bank ESG Nepal.
