Protesters have set fire to the residence of Minister of Communication and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung in Sunakothi, Lalitpur, on Tuesday.
According to police authorities, demonstrators approached Gurung's home, crashed past the police barrier and started the fire.
Authorities report that efforts are currently underway to put out the fire.
