Global IME Bank has been awarded the ‘Best Bank in Nepal’ at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025, marking its third win after 2022 and 2024.
Ram Bahadur Bhandari, Member of the Board of Directors of Global IME Bank, and Shishir Shakya, Manager at Treasury and Correspondent Banking, received the award during a special function organized in Singapore on Tuesday.
Established in 1992 by Euromoney Magazine, the Euromoney Awards are regarded as one of the most prestigious recognitions in the global banking and financial industry.
The award recognizes the bank’s strong financial performance, innovation, service excellence, and commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, and its contributions in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
