
Kathmandu, Sept 4: Nineteen Nepali nationals deported by the United States of America (USA) for illegal entry/stay into the country have arrived in Kathmandu this evening. The deportees include two women and 17 men.
They were brought in a chartered flight by US authorities. Upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport, the TIA Immigration Office completed the necessary procedures and handed them over to the Nepal Police for due procedures, shared Senior Immigration Officer Anjan Neupane.
Prior to this, 215 Nepalis have been deported from the US and returned to Nepal.
