Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian President's Office, said that Kiev has no plan to hold a referendum on enshrining into the Constitution any territorial concessions to Russia, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported Thursday.
"At this time we do not intend to cede any part of our land," Yermak said.
He recalled Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement that all territorial issues will be discussed at his bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Ukraine acknowledges the situation created by the conflict and wants to discuss it, but the country will not accept any ultimatums, he stressed.
