
Kathmandu, April 4: Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, has said India has accorded top priority to its relations with Nepal.
He said that his meeting with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok of Thailand was fruitful.
"We discussed about various aspects of Nepal-India ties, especially with a focus on energy, connectivity, culture and digital technology," Prime Minister Modi tweeted. "We also exchanged views on some key positive outcomes from this year's BIMSTEC Summit, especially in the areas of disaster management and maritime transport."
They held the one-to-one talk this afternoon and it lasted for around 45 minutes.
