Kathmandu, Dec 28: The City Planning Commission of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has so far prepared Detailed Project Report (DPR) of 84 projects in the current fiscal year.
It includes 37 related to heritage, 13 related to greenery and park construction, and 33 related to infrastructure. The costing of the projects is estimated to be around Rs 1.06 billion, Commission's secretariat chief Dhana Bahadur Basnet informed.
The KMC has called its 16th meeting of the municipal assembly for December 29. Reviewing the approved programme for the current fiscal year, the budget formulation committee has intensified discussion on the programmes hard to implement and new programmes to replace them.
