National Flag Day has been celebrated today in Kathmandu. On the occasion of National Flag Day, a rally was taken out today at Basantapur Durbar Square in Kathmandu carrying the national flag of Nepal.
On 16 December 1962 Nepal registered it's flag in the UN. Since 2075 B.S. this day is being celebrated as National Flag Day.
