According to publicly available property records, DPM Lamichhane have 1 ropani and 1 ana of land in Bhaktapur that was obtained through inheritance.
Minister Lamichhane has sum of 110,000 rupees in his bank accounts.
Whereas DPM Lamichhane's spouse, Nikita Paudel, has 10 ropani of ancestral land in Kathmandu, 80 tola (932.8 grams) of gold and 20 kg of silver .
The couple possesses an EV that costs Rs. 4.2 million.
DPM Lamichhane released the details in accordance with subsection (1) of Section 50 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059, and subsection (1) of Section 31(a) of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048.
