The Indian Foreign Secretary Binay Mohan Quatra, rumors had it then, forcibly landed in Nepal on February 13, 2023. He was greeted by Nepal’s foreign secretary Bharat Raj Poudyal at the airport as the protocol demanded.  Quatra came, saw and conquered as usual. He met all those whom Indian regime needs to control Nepal from Delhi and yet nepal is a sovereign and independent nation with international borders kept “open” for a special purpose.

A friendly Sri Lankan diplomat posted in Kathmandu at the end of the nineties questioned this scribe as to how Nepal is a sovereign and independent nation with “borders” open?  The diplomat gave the detail of the elements that were demanded to be taken as a sovereign and independent nation to which nepal lacked seemingly.

Back to the point:

And to the surprise of many an intelligent brains who were somewhat critical to Indian attitude towards Nepal since all along Indian independence in 1947, the NC party beamingly declared the name of the candidate for the post of Nepal President.

As the number 13 itself is taken as inauspicious so several brains in Kathmandu’s political circuit guessed that “something unpleasant” is going to happen soon that may undermine Nepal’s political, security and more so the demographic interests. To recall, Quatra was in the recent past, Indian envoy to Nepal and the Nepali leaders were seen loitering around him for receiving New Delhi’s blessings to stick to power in Nepal.

Delhi ‘makes’ and ‘breaks’ government(s) in Nepal, it is widely believed. Nepal’s top leaders created a bizarre scene at the time of bidding farewell to the Indian envoy Quatra. Three former Prime Ministers of Nepal attended the farewell ceremony of Ambassador Quatra like school students. They were Madhav Kumar Nepal, Prachanda and Sher Bahadur Deuba respectively. The weird photo of this sad and humiliating event made several rounds in Nepal’s social media. The farewell event was held inside the India house in Kathmandu-the political and administrative center of Nepal.

Needless to say, with the ouster of Nepali monarchy, Nepal’s power center has shifted from Nepal’s Royal Palace to New Delhi-the Mecca of Nepal’s new imposed Republican Order. The sitting Indian ambassadors in effect rule and control the Nepali administrative structure including Nepal’s foreign policy if it is in existence any longer. Perhaps it was this reason for which India did away with the Nepali monarchy in collaboration with the contemporary Nepali leaders having India tilt during the premeditated revolt of the year 2005-6, to recall.

Notably by time of the arrival of Indian FS Quatra, the Nepali Congress party was yet to publicize the name of the candidate of the Nepal President to contest the Presidential elections. And to the surprise of many an intelligent brains who were somewhat critical to Indian attitude towards Nepal since all along Indian independence in 1947, the NC party beamingly declared the name of the candidate for the post of Nepal President.

Was it a mere conjecture or something else? Keep on guessing.

What India loves is the passage of the bill and hopes that Mr. Poudel will not betray the regime in Delhi; this is what is understood in Nepal’s political spectrum. India bets on a winning horse! Sinking horses are of no use for India!.

As was expected and guessed in advance in political circle, the name of Ram Chandra Poudel-a senior leader of the NC party with distinct India bend, was announced by the Nepali Congress minutes prior to FS Quatra’s landing back in New Delhi. Many a knowledgeable person(s) in Nepal believed that FS Quatra had landed in Nepal only to “instruct” and guarantee the candidacy of Mr. R. C. Poudel as Nepal President as the India side presumably believed that Mr. Poudel could be the best political-choice personality in Nepal with clear and visible India bend to steer the Nepali Presidency and hasten the passage of the Citizenship bill which had been kept on hold by the Communist Nepal President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari.

It is not that India loves Mr. Poudel. No never. And why should India love Poudel? What India loves is the passage of the bill and hopes that Mr. Poudel will not betray the regime in Delhi; this is what is understood in Nepal’s political spectrum. India bets on a winning horse! Sinking horses are of no use for India!.

The citizenship bill that is kept on hold at the moment in the Nepali legislature, it is now believed that with the election of Honorable Poudel to the post of the Nepal President will ease and accelerate the speed of the Presidential consent to the bill that, it is widely whispered, would benefit those Indian illegal immigrants who in millions awaiting the citizenship certificates to capture the Nepali politics and economy. Informed and reasonable Nepali sources say that Citizenship certificates must be awarded to the genuine Nepali nationals but not to those illegal immigrants from across the borders who wish to swell Nepal under a structured “mission” of the Indian regime whose ultimate objective is to Sikkimise Nepal by 2030.

India can’t wait for long. And why should India wait for long given the presence of willing and active Lendhup Dorjes of the Sikkimi fame?

Nepali population conclude that President Poudel’s preference for Delhi for his “treatment” bodes ill for the nation in that India may press the President Poudel to approve the Citizenship bill and hasten the speed of Nepal’s Sikkimisation process.

Now with the sudden illness (chest infection) of President Poudel, some say, India has in a very calculated manner air lifted President to New Delhi for treatment. Competent medical practitioners in Nepal have questioned the motive behind Nepal President being air lifted to New Delhi for a mere chest infection, which, the medicos claim that it could well be easily treated in Kathmandu hospitals.

“Have the Nepali doctors become so worst that President Poudel went to Delhi ignoring his own medical practitioners? “What a shame” opined a Nepali doctor?

Nepali population conclude that President Poudel’s preference for Delhi for his “treatment” bodes ill for the nation in that India may press the President Poudel to approve the Citizenship bill and hasten the speed of Nepal’s Sikkimisation process. Question could also be asked whether Poudel intended to visit Delhi himself or it was a structured plan to invite Nepal President Poudel to Delhi for seducing the Nepali guest. PM Dahal says that sending Poudel to Delhi was his choice. This is dangerous a statement indeed.

Needless to say, that President Poudel is of India bend gets certified by the fact that upon assuming of the Post of the President, Poudel announced that “Lord Buddha” was born in India not in Nepal contrary to the authentic claim that Buddha was born in Lumbini, Nepal.

President Poudel’s love and honor for Hindi language is extraordinary! He quite often recites Hindi Shayari…Lagengey har baras Meley… Sahido… Ka Nisan Hoga! Other high placed sources also claim that Ram Chandra Poudel’s daughter was awarded free MBBS scholarship decades back. However, this news is yet to be authenticated.

Now it remains to be seen as to how the ailing Nepal President Ram Chandra Poudel takes up the citizenship bill now pending in the Nepali Parliament for approval. He was the one as Speaker of the Nepali Parliament that ratified the Mahakali River Treaty as a gift to India from Nepal with “coerced love”.

Prime Minister Dahal aka Prachanda (a nick name coined by New Delhi itself presumably) had stayed for over a decade in Delhi under the special care of the Indian regime more so by the Indian spy agency-the RAW.

As if some essential component (nuts, screws and bolts) were missing for the early and speedy Sikkimisation process, Nepal’s sitting Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, a political man nourished and well indoctrinated by New Delhi regime is shortly landing in India. Prime Minister Dahal aka Prachanda (a nick name coined by New Delhi itself presumably) had stayed for over a decade in Delhi under the special care of the Indian regime more so by the Indian spy agency-the RAW. Some say that Prime Minister P. K. Dahal is ruling Nepal as an effective and guaranteed proxy of the Indian regime and that he has this time elevated to the ranks of Nepal Prime Minister post only to guarantee the still incomplete Sikkimisation bid.

Kamal Koirala-a veteran communist and the son of late Matrika Prasad Koirala says that PM Dahal was “shoe of India” while he hibernated in Delhi under a calculated scheme and that upon becoming Nepal PM this time, PM Dahal now could be equated with the “Indian socks”. Why and how Kamal Koirala used such derogatory words for sitting Nepal PM is yet a mystery, however, what is for sure is that a political personality of Koirala’s stature must not have spoken without a clue.

To recall, late Matrika Prasad Koirala as the Nepal Prime Minister is accused of submitting the mighty Koshi River to India at a dirt cheap price. The Koiralas of Nepal are taken as a Brahmin family born to serve India. It could not be true however; facts suggest that they has done so while being in Power in nepal at different intervals of time.

Poudel’s political activities upon his arrival in Kathmandu shall be watched carefully by the nationalists, if any, worth name remaining in Nepal. Equally worth watching would be as to what Nepal PM Dahal will be awarding India this time when he visits a place( Delhi) wherein he was so nourished and indoctrinated and told to “serve India” by damaging Nepal.

India has by this time already captured entire Nepali Rivers and what remains to be awarded to India is the early and speedy “Sikkimisation” of Nepal.
