The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has decided to not cast vote in the presidential election taking place tomorrow.
The party's Central Work Execution Committee met today at the party headquarters in Dhumbarahi and decided to stay impartial in the election.
Talking to reporters following the meeting, RPP Spokesman Mohan Shrestha stated the party resolved not to vote and will remain neutral in the presidential election. He stated that the party took this choice based on the sentiments of cadres, well-wishers, and the general public.
Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel and CPN (UML) Vice-Chairperson Subas Chandra Nembang are contesting in the election.
