The Indian government has reduced the aid amount to Nepal.
Presenting the budget in Parliament House on Wednesday, Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has announced that Nepal will receive INR 5.5 Billion which is INR 2 Billion less than previous year.
India provided aid of INR 7.5 Billion in 2022-23 to support varied sectors of Nepal.
