Govt Forms High-Level Committee To Probe Ncell Shares Transaction

The government has formed a high-level committee to investigate the matter about the sale of share of Ncell, the telecommunications service provider, based in Nepal. A meeting of the Council of Ministers today constituted the five-member Committee headed by former
