By-Election: NWPP’s Shahi Wins Tilagufa-4

Manm (Kalikot), Dec 1: Khadkaraj Shahi of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party has won the by-election held today for the post of Chair of Tilagufa Rural Municipality ward no-4 of Kalikot. Shahi secured 143 votes while his nearest rival CPN
